No answer for my installation progress

No answer for my installation progress. I moved into new unit, I already have got the new router but I haven't recived NBN connection device. I have spoken to the persons of TPG in chat 3 or 4 times ( after an hour waiting time Every time), my NBN installation is still pending. But I have received text message saying "TPG Reminder: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. Please connect and switch on your NBN equipment. " please help
