I have no internet connection since 16/Nov. Tried to contact TPG by phone. All recording, nothing related to my problem. At last get a message asking me to book a call back, earliest Sunday morning. The call back as no use, it is a recording message. I followed the prompt but the machine was not responding and dropped out at last.
No help. Yesterday I used the TPG app to lodge the fault with explanation. A case number was generated but no contact and no action after one day. Left in limbo without any internet !!!
Poor poor service. We need to talk to a human being!!
