No contact yet about NBN connection to house

I know there is delays, but ive had no contact about a booking or progress of when installation likely.

Ive paid for the modum, There had better not be any Withdrawal of more funds untill this is connect or theres gunna be trouble.

Already nearly 20days Nothing!!

TPG very keen to get me on board and take the payment but no follow up.

So whats the real hold up?
