I have gone through all the trouble shooting with my IT ppl from my work and my internet connection still isn’t working. It’s my personal connection but I work from home and desperately need it on. What could be the problem?
Hi, yes, on my computer I am getting the not connected to internet text box. I have tried turning on and off the modem and computer, unplugging and replugging Ethernet cord and other cords. All 7 lights on the modem are green, no flashing.
