Hi, have just moved house, have new modem set up. Internet via wifi is working, however landline is not.

I’m moving house and I don’t know if there is a phone line there. I work from home so I need an active phone line and fixed internet. How do I go about organising and making sure everything I need is setup?

Hi, yes, on my computer I am getting the not connected to internet text box. I have tried turning on and off the modem and computer, unplugging and replugging Ethernet cord and other cords. All 7 lights on the modem are green, no flashing.

I have gone through all the trouble shooting with my IT ppl from my work and my internet connection still isn’t working. It’s my personal connection but I work from home and desperately need it on. What could be the problem?
