No internet connection

We have no internet , haven't had for 24hrs. No numbers are connecting when I try to call TPG. We have had regular internet problems for a number of weeks, it seems to coincide with bad weather. We've never had issues prior to this. Can someone please assist, my son has his final uni assessments due this weekend!

Before performing any troubleshooting, we advise customers to check if their service is affected by an outage.
