No internet light on modem

Hi, 

 

We have not had the internet light on the modem for 2 days now. We have turned it off and on and performed a hard reset but there doesn't look like there is even any internet coming onto the premises. 

 

Can you please have this looked into.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages.
