No internet light on modem

I've tried to set up the modem and I got email and text nbn installation completed. All light on such as dsl, 2.5g , 5g except internet light.
Firstly, I took my modem to one of my friends place and tested and it worked at there in few mins and returned to my place and tried again, it failed. No internet lights on.. what should I do..
