                Just spoked to your Case Manager, On 01-05-2020 we request NBN, Service restore from other ISP to TPG 

Waiting for NBN confirmation, possibly delayed due to weekend, once I got the update, you can connect the modem and go online.

Hey rajen, I’m on the Tpg app it still says no modem detected and and no data detected. Do I have to restart the modem if so how do I do that. I’m actually not at home atm but when I get home
I’ll do it is there a process on how to restart it or do I just turn it off and back on ?

       Reset the router and let me know, if not we may need to configure the router manually
