No internet light

After receiving the sms from TPG and following the setup steps my modem has no internet light therefore no Internet connection. So frustrating...

Thanks for raising this to us. We did an article that you may find helpful, this will guide you on how to perform basic troubleshooting on how to fix 'No Connection' see link below.

 

Troubleshooting no internet connection 

 

In the event that the issue still persist, drop me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file and we'll proceed with further test and investigation.

Hi,
I have solved the issue since. It was my modem configuration. Once I configured it properly it all started working correctly.
