TPG said NBN installation is completed but when router is plugged in, there is sync but no internet. When will the installation be completed properly? I want to cancel my existing ADSL before the next billing cycle.

I'm sorry to learn that your NBN service is still not working at this point. Your service was already tagged as installed by NBNCo yesterday and though your modem shows that it's detecting sync, our tests show otherwise. The line tests indicate an open circuit which points to a possible jumpering issue at the Node.
Your case has been raised to our Engineering Team already since it will need to be escalated to NBNCo. Once updates are available, an Engineer will reach out to you.
