No internet

I have been a customer for over 20 years with tpg. I have just signed up to the 100GB pm nbn bundle but have run out of data after 14 days. I tried to update and pay an extra $10 to get unlimited data but tpg is blocking me. I have no internet during day and busy evening time periods and it's driving me nuts. Tpg?
