No nbn connection box

Hi there,

I’ve recurved my modem today for my TPG service but I am unable to find the NBN connection box. All the other hardware is in place (the outside cables and wall socket with NBN branding on it). I fear that the previous tenants of the property have removed the NBN connection box as they were at the property for 5+ years. What are the next steps I have to take to rectify this?

Thanks for your query!

Let me have a look for you, and I will get back to you ASAP.

There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

Hi @Wadebowden21

So it shows you are getting NBN-HFC 100/40 connected. This does indeed need an NBN-NTD device that plugs into a coax socket.

So you definately dont have an NTD onsite?

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN-HFC here.
