No nbn internet connection box

I have just recently moved to my premises and signed up for nbn plan and received my new modem 2 days ago.
However I have not received an NBN network connection devices and iam unable to install the modem.
I have spoken to tgp several times no success yet.
I spoke to my building manager and he said the internet service provider should provide you the NBN connection box installed in my premises. I need an NBN tech to visit my premises. Thanks
