No online support

I spoke with a consultant on Monday 16 2020, regarding changing from ADSL to NBN but I have not received an application confirmation email from TPG.

I have tried the online chat but have been sent to different teams but no one has offered any advice or support. I have also emailed customer support.

Can you advise when I will receive the application confirmation email and a date for installation.
