No router and no connection for 3 weeks

Hi,

I ordered my NBN connection 3 weeks ago and since then tpg has tried to deliver my router and it was sent back because the delivery partner couldnet apparently verify if I was living in the premises and then I have submitted all the relate to documents to tpg to confirm I’m living and since then there has been no communication from tpg. Can you please help Me out with this as I’m struggling a lot.

Hi Devinsibera

Normally the modem is shipped and we sent you a email with the tracking number.

You can request to pick up at the local post office in case parcel is undeliverable.

Please advice if you had received the modem
