Hi, I ordered my NBN connection 3 weeks ago and since then tpg has tried to deliver my router and it was sent back because the delivery partner couldnet apparently verify if I was living in the premises and then I have submitted all the relate to documents to tpg to confirm I’m living and since then there has been no communication from tpg.
