No update on installation for 15 days, business nbn 100

Contacted support by phone and chat just about every day

 

have waited multiple hours each time to get transferred and wait in an online chat where no one ever comes back to me or have the phone line go dead, or not be able to get through to anyone at all.

 

No one responds via email, no one can tell me why our business installation has no progressed.
