Notification of FTTC status

Level 2
Technician came on 16/3/20 to install service and advised us to wait til TPG contacted us to turn modem on. That was four days ago. I tried to call but there is no phone support and online support was 160 in the queue which took 1.5 hours to get to number 74. Could someone please advise if we are able to connect our modem? I placed the order for TPG NBN almost one month ago and still no service.

We always send out email notification to our customers once the service is activated.


In your case, we understand that the service has been activated since 21 March 2020.
