We would recommend to use the NBN supplied equipment to ensure the service are running at it's maximum performance.
Furthermore, each of these ARIS box is provided with a specific Serial Number and MAC number and is configured at the network for each address.
Nonetheless, we'd like to assist you further regarding the missing NTD.
