Hi @kamalahope Welcome to the community, if the Netgear device you are talking about is a WiFi range extender or access point, yes it should work fine with your new NBN modem router.
Devices like that don't actually boost the adsl or vdsl NBN signal they extend the WiFi signal from your router.
