Our TPG-vodafone wireless nbn Not connecting to internet

Since we changed NBN plan ,TPG change our router device to vodafone brand.but from 3 days ago ,it not work anymore.I can't working in home for 2days ,how can I do nextstep.

Let us check the status of the connection, to better understand the situation send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
