The NBN has been activated in my suburb for over a year and I still don't have my connection to the NBN. What is going on, why is it taking so long? Every time I'm given a new RFS date by the NBN it's inevitably delayed by six months. Can TPG help at all?

TPG is relying on NBN Co.'s service availability and installation, as the NBN installation can only be performed by NBN technicians. We do not yet have information about when they are going to roll out the NBN technology or when it will be available in your area.
