PAID 12 months - but NO BROADBAND

After paying for Broadband for over a year, and absolutely no connection, had Geeks4U check the modem last week. The technician said the NBN Fibre Cable has been cut off, NBN Battery needs replacing. Fibre Cable needs repairing and battery replaced.Rang TPG and got directed to lodge service online but - nothing on the website to do that??
