I recently upgraded to the NBN12 FTTC M Bunble with 100 GB data allowance.
I received an email today saying my speed has been reduced as I had exceeded my allowance, but on checking my usage I am below 50 GB for both peak and off peak.
A copy of the email is attached.
Please restore the speed to comply with my plan ASAP
We'd like to check on this further on our end.
