My NBN was installed this morning but my phone number (which was already with TGP) is not working.

Have you just relocated and are using the same modem from your last address???

Your modem has only been up for 5mins.... did you want to try your phone again..??

 

Is there a dialtone?

can you call in, out, one or both only?
