Hi

 

Can i please request to check update on relocation ticket 10453021?

 

I havent received any email from TPG saying that moving home reuqest has been accepted or anything like that.

 

As I am moving on 3.5.2020 which this Sunday I am scared that this is going to leave me stranded without internet.

 

If i dont get any proper update in next few hours I will escalate this case to TIO and take it from there.

can you please check the status of my ticket again?

 

It was supposed to be submitted today but I haven't got any notification. I am moving this Sunday the 3.5.2020.
