Poor connection

Hi there
I am facing very poor internet connection. I am totally upset.
When I check my internet speed it says within the range. But it takes 3 to 4 minutes to load my gmail also.

I have checked your service it all looks fine, and your sync rate is 13Mbps/2Mbps. This is good for an NBN12 plan.

 

Your service has not dropped the connection for 1 week 16h 26m, so your service is stable.

 

First thing I recommend you do before anything else is reboot your modem/router. Give it about 3-4 minutes to power up and retest the service.
