Transferring from Vodaphone to TPG. Vodaphone sim card no longer working ( contacted vodaphone who said the new card should be ready to go) but new sim card with TPG not working either.

Can receive news related items but unable to send or receive a msg or make a phone call.

When trying to set up new account online, identification code to my mobile number is unsuccessful.

Contacted support via phone and email with no reply. 

Already paid monthly presciption and unable to use phone.

My current mobile number of 15years due to expire any day now if not resolved.
