Porting later than advised

On 1st April I was advised that if I want to keep my phone number I will need to wait until 6 th April for the porting to occur. It is now 21 April and I have no further advice. I want my number ported to Nbn. What is happening?

We are experiencing delays with porting of numbers at the moment. See Link below for further information.

Could you please send me a PM (private message) with your CID (customer identication number) and your mobile phone number and I will try and get an update for you.
