Hi I will be porting my land line in the next few weeks
Do I need to cancel my old provider when I'm with TPG or do you organise it.

Welcome to the community!

 

The porting requires the phone number to be active, we recommend to cancel the phone service from your previous provider once the porting is done. 

Note: TPG do not have access or control with your existing number, you will have to contact your old ISP directly.
