You proimised quick installtion but faiked miserably. I was billed immediately and a modem sent within 48 hrs so all looked good.
No date was advised so when pressed via.a number of calls and a post on this forum you confiemed a date of 22/4. This was confimed and TPF confirmation messages sent This did not require a technician I wa told.
Called on 23/4 to find why still no connection and spoke to CS rep wh0 put me on hold "while he checked" . Waited on hold for 40. mins then after 40 mins got an automated SMS advising a new installation date of 4/6. Waited on to find ouer what happened. No one vcame back ti me.
Just not acceptablke. I want a full refund immediately and please advise how I can send your useless moem back - at youe cost! Thiis needs to be done by 3/5 at the latest
