I have just received my NBN modem and wanted to install it. But I have tried several times, and the OPTICAL light is always solid red. I speculate that the optic fibre of the NBN connection box is broken. I was wondering whether TPG can send a technician to repair it for me.

If you have received a confirmation that your service is active, then you can perform a reset on the NBN box.
Let us have your customer ID or username via PM so we can check the status of your service.
