Am moving in. a few weeks and need the internet up & running from day 1, so started the moving process earlier tonight. The agent who set everything up for me was unable to redirect the delivery of the modem from my new address to my current one. As I've just completed the payment details to start the process, how do I get the modem redirected? Knowing how quickly you work from the installation here, I'm hoping there's a window of opportunity where that might be possible.
I've managed to locate your account and recent update on your account indicated that we are awaiting for the payment to be posted; which as advised by a member of our Accounts Team will take 3-4 working days.
Once posted, the modem delivery should be in progress. Delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days within Metro and 3-5 working days outside.
