Reschedue installation date

Ive been given the installation date 18/6/19 for the NBN.

I would like to change it to 8/7/10.

I have tried about 10 times over the last week on the net and it keeps saying there is an error try again, or telephone.

I have also tried to phone after waiting on for a very long time I have been disconnected.

 Can you please tell me how I can possibly change the date as both options do now work.

Hello, I have the same problem and need to change my installation date. It's supposed to be today but I don't even have the modem yet.. I would like it changed to one month from today 17/07/2019 if that's possible.

We will raise your request with our Service delivery team if it's still possible to move the installation of your NBN service.


Also, the status of the modem that we've sent you is ' Awaiting collection at ADELAIDE STURT STREET LPO'. If you are free today, you may pick up the modem and proceed with the installation tomorrow.


You may check the tracking details on Startrack or AUpost.


I'll send you the tracking number via PM.

Thank you I'm aware that it is at the post office, unfortunately I am an invalid and it's not possible for me to go and I have to organise for someone to go and get it for me. But I still have to go to the doctors this afternoon sorry. I am really appreciative of you fast response to my problem. Thank you very much. <3

We've coordinated this with our Service delivery team and unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule the installation anymore as it is too late. We can only reschedule the installation 3 days before the provided date.


The installation will proceed tomorrow and It is required that you or someone over the age of 18 is available during the appointment.
