Router Return after service cancellation

My wireless service was cancelled after i upgraded to NBN and I recieved an email saying I would be sent a return label for the modem. No return label has been received as yet despite me phoning twice and emailing twice to follow up. The last time i called i was told i would be sent the email and someone would call to confirm reciept. I have no email and no phonecall- only a text saying "please return the modem". 

And No- its not in my junk folder.
