Router still not received and you sent me message “TPG: Your NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. Pls connect your modem using info at http://link.tpg.com.au/xMoUBn or call 131423 for help. “ what is this

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

As per checking, your service is classified by NBN Co. to be on Service Class 13, which means that it is NBN FTTN serviceable, the node is present and they have detected an available copper pair connected to your premises.

 

In this case, a technician is not required and NBN Co. will only need to activate the service remotely.

 

The service has been remotely activated and the modem is on its way.

 

We have PM'd you the consignment details to track its whereabouts.
