I have spent 8 hours waiting in the chat box today and tonight. Absolutely over it. Can anyone PLEASE tell me how I can actually TALK to someone in TPG about my non functioning NBN? This is the 4th day and approx 16 hours of my life in chat box. Wish I had never changed over.
Hi there, I have been experiencing the same issue since last Friday (20th March) and tried calling them and emailing too but No one answered. Tried sending text online day and night since Friday, that doesn’t work either, it’s not even letting to send the question. God! It’s so frustrating.
