Service activation and installation status

Greetings! so i recently moved to this townhouse and i choose TPG for wifi. I got a modem within few days but i didnt get any NBN box, i suppose i would need that.. Also my installation status reads as follows:


Your installation is progressing.

We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!
But it has been like that from the beginning and i havent got any service activation text or email, or any email from tpg after the delivery of the modem. Since all of us who live in the property are either students or working from home, wifi is of neccessity. At this point, i dont know what to do:
