Hi. Could i get an update on my NBN installation please. I have left the equipment switched on and plugged in for 2 days with still no service.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have tested the line.

The Distribution Point Unit (DPU) doesn't have any power, which is why the service is not working.

We've raised this with our NBN Service Delivery team and a case manager will be in touch with you tomorrow for further discussion.
