HI, our internet is crawling along and cutting out constantly. I cannot stream video and am often having to hotspot to work.
I have been trying to contact TPG, but there's no phone support and whenever I try to use the chat function, I get an error message saying I do not have permission to chat. I'm about to lose my mind with frustration!
Please could someone let me know how on earth I get in touch with TPG.
Next step is cancelling my contract and going to the ACCC.
