Hi, there. I am a new customer registered NBN FTTC service, customer ID is 6802747. I have received the modem but no NBN Network Connection Device is attached. Could you please send it through to my service address asap? Is it possible that I still can activate the internet service without the NCD? I am moving in the house already but no internet service now.
Also, I don't think my plan include phoneline service but AUD$20 was charged for "Phone Prepayment Outside Included Value Phone number", please check.

You will need your NBN NCD to use your FTTC service. I have requested for our Provisioning Team to investigate and requested for someone to call you back later on today with an update.
