Since Covid-19, our daytime speeds are so slow the NBN is useless to us. I cannot even conduct a latency test it's so slow. Speeds are slow but better in the evening and we can use it a bit. However we need the internet most during the day and as I'm just using my phone for our work, the TPG NBN is essentially useless to us. I just tried to speak to someone about upgrading my speeds but was hung up on once she realised I was an existing customer (REALLY poor customer service!).
