Good morning, back on 30 April I came onto the Community chat to say I have received my new NBN modem but not the Network Connection Device. I can't locate the previous discussion thread but promptly received a response from a customer service representative. Can't locate the emails we exchanged, but he advised that there was no record of the NCD being despatched and that I would receive a phone call soon. Shortly after, I received a call from TPG and it was all organised for the NCD to be promptly despatched. It's now 14 May and I am still waiting. How do I follow this up without having to wait an hour or so on hold on the phone to talk to a representative please?
