Unfortunately had my payment late due to having my wallet lost, I had to update my bank cards and I just realised I didn’t pay my bill, I did pay it over the phone less then half an hour after my services were disconnected.

Was wondering how long will it take for it to work again as I am working from home

The service should be back within 1 to 3 hours after a successful payment, given that it is via Credit Card.


If it's via Direct debit account, then it may take 1 to 3 working days as we will wait until the bank cleared it.
