TPG Chat - "You do not have permission to chat! Please contact site owner"

I'm trying to use the online chat with Installation & Service delivery however recieving the following message:

 

  • You do not have permission to chat! Please contact site owner.
  • Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later.

How can I resolve this? I need to get in contact asap.

it doesn’t work.. i have been trying to contact tpg since 18 days now
no one replies... every time i connect to someone with chat.. they cant solve the problem and transfer it to someone else who doesn’t replies for hrs...
tried to cancel the plan as well but still no one replies...
