TPG YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
ON MY FIRST CALL I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR WITH AN OPERATOR. HE SAID HE NEEDED TO RESTART HIS SYSTEM AND WOULD TAKE 2 MINUTES. I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND HUNG UP.
ON MY SECOND CALL, NO ONE PICKED UP AT ALL.
HORRIBLE SERVICE.
