TPG FTTP Upgrade

I am posting regarding upgrading to FTTP from FTTN, we have the option available for our area and we are getting stability issues with copper.

Multiple ISPs have said that they are able to do it for us and that 2 NBN technicians have come out and said that it's ready for installation.

We need this as our connection has high packet loss and drop outs even though we have changed the internet/DSL line coming from the curb

To note, I have had multiple calls with TPG with not much support and constant call outs from technicans to no prevail on copper and continously telling me to upgrade to Fibre
