Hi!
We have moved into a new residence and set up a TPG account. We've received the necessary hardware by post, and set up the NBN device and modem as instructed without drama.
This was all completed by midday on Wednesday the sixth of this month.
We are still waiting on activation of the internet connection - we can connect to the wireless network, but the 'Internet' light on the router isn't illuminated.
I was wondering if a delay of this long (72 hours) is normal, or if there's a step we've missed...
Please excuse my possible confusion of technical terms.
