TPG NBN Installation March 12, 2020

Hi TPG,

I initiated NBN on the 12 March, 2020. I received my modem on the 14th but I have not received any communication on the installation. I was told it would be done within 10 days. I checked tpg.com.au/install but It only says:

“Your installation is progressing.

We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!”

I tried the chat function on the website but it never connects me to anyone. I tried multiple times for the past 3 days. Please could you provide me an update on this?
